Mandan has a lot of the property types we are built for: shops and offices along Memorial Highway and the business district, plus older lots where snow has nowhere obvious to go. That last part matters more than people expect. Once the piles start eating parking stalls, the fix is a loader, not another plow. We run two payloaders, so moving snow off your lot is something we actually do rather than something we quote and hand to somebody else.

Do you charge more to come out to Mandan?
No. Mandan is inside our normal service area, priced the same as Bismarck.
Do you do driveways?
No. We work commercial property only - parking lots, entrances, walkways and approaches. Residential driveways aren't something we take on.
How do I get on the winter schedule?
Call or text (701) 390-0630. Snow contracts are signed from midsummer through early fall, and the schedule fills in the order people sign.
